These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the official website, mobile application, events, registrations, auctions, and services operated by Premier Padel League Pakistan ("PPL", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using PPL's website, app, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• User: Any individual or entity accessing PPL services
• Player: A registered participant in PPL competitions
• Club / Franchise: An approved entity participating in the league
• Platform: PPL website, mobile application, and related digital services

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Players must meet league eligibility criteria as announced by PPL
• PPL reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any registration at its discretion

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• All activities conducted through an account are the responsibility of the account holder
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination

• Player auctions, selections, and allocations are conducted according to PPL rules and formats
• Auction values, team selections, and match participation are final and binding
• PPL reserves the right to modify schedules, formats, or rules when necessary

• Registration fees, auction-related payments, and other charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways
• PPL is not responsible for failures caused by banks or payment processors

All users, players, clubs, and franchises must:

• Maintain sportsmanship and professional behavior
• Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, or unethical conduct
• Follow league rules, match regulations, and official instructions

Violation may result in fines, suspension, or permanent disqualification.

• All content, logos, branding, visuals, videos, and materials belong to Premier Padel League Pakistan
• Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited
• Users may not use PPL branding without written permission

By participating in PPL events, users grant PPL the right to:

• Record, photograph, and broadcast matches and events
• Use names, images, and footage for promotional, commercial, and media purposes
• Distribute content across digital, print, and broadcast platforms

No additional compensation is guaranteed unless contractually agreed.

PPL may integrate third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

PPL services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• PPL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Participation in sports activities is at the user's own risk

PPL reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access without prior notice
• Remove users for breach of these Terms or league rules

Termination does not affect accrued obligations or liabilities.

Premier Padel League Pakistan (PPL Pakistan) is an independent sports organization.

PPL Pakistan:

• Is not affiliated, associated, endorsed, sponsored, or connected with any other padel league, organization, or entity using similar names or abbreviations
• Does not impersonate any international, regional, or foreign league
• Operates under its own independent management, governance, branding, and legal structure within Pakistan

Any similarity in naming is purely coincidental and does not imply association.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

PPL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
